Private Group & One to One Sessions are available where i come to your home and teach a class...
If you have a few friends who would like to take up Yoga but the class times are not suitable I can come to your home! These types of classes are much more intimate and bring you even closer to the people who are included. The personable enviornment provides you and your friends with more comfort as well.
Rates * All sessions are a flat rate of 25 euros

- I have been traveling around the world for the past nine years trying different types of yoga taught in different styles. I came across Ashtanga Yoga in Toronto in 2004, and that's where i found the style that suited me best! Since then i have been practicing, cleansing and reading theories to help me along the yoga path. I have been instructing yoga for 3 years now and truly enjoy sharing the knowledge. I really do beleive that YOGA is a very powerful tool we can carry with us wherever we go! NAMASTE
