Reduce Panic Attacks thru Yoga

Here are some pointers to help ease panic attacks...
*always keep muscles firm and engaged, hugging the muscles to the bones-this creates an insulating and calming influence on the nervous system
*focus on balancing your inhalation and exhalation, through breathing you shower the inside of the body
*at the onset of a panic attack focus on making the exhalation longer
*alternate vigorous work with resting poses during practice
*Yoga will help restore the natural balanced internal rhythms of the heart & nervous system
*Bring emphasis on grounding poses ie.. standing poses and hip openers
